Message	I just hammered mine out and had no issues. You'll need a good impact wrench to get the new ones in. I recommend using lubricant (WD40 or PB Blaster) between the nut and the threads so that the torque can be applied to pulling the new stud into place rather than lost in the form of friction and heat.
